Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please Contact Us. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items
  • Sale items or gift cards

Want something else? The best way is to place a new order after your return is accepted.


EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel, regardless of the reason. Returned items must still meet our condition requirements above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
