Shipping and Returns Policy
Processing Time
Most orders will ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Since many of our items are made to order or curated from specialty suppliers, we take care to ensure quality before shipping.
Shipping Time
Transit times vary based on the product ordered. Many of our items ship from the USA, ensuring fast delivery, but select curated gifts may ship from Europe or Asia.
- U.S. Shipped Items: Arrive in approximately 5–7 business days after processing.
- Internationally Shipped Items: Arrive in approximately 7–10 business days after processing.
We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates at checkout, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping fee of $5 per item for standard orders. If you are placing a bulk order (3 or more items) and feel that the shipping cost is too high, please reach out to us—we may be able to reduce your shipping cost based on package weight and destination.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products:
- Personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.
- If a personalized item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with the same item no cost to you.
For non-personalized items, notify us within 7 days of delivery for:
- A full refund
- An exchange for an item of equal or lesser value
Important: Exchanges and Refunds will not be processed until we have received the returned item in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please email us at Lianina Studio Customer Service with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photo of the item (if it’s damaged or defective)
We will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.
