Shipping and Returns Policy
Processing Time
Most orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Since many of our items are made to order or curated from specialty suppliers, we take care to ensure quality before shipping.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Shipping Time
Transit times vary based on the product ordered. Many of our items ship from the USA, ensuring fast delivery, but select curated gifts may ship from Europe or Asia.
- U.S. shipped items: Arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days after processing
- Internationally shipped items: Arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days after processing
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or supply chain disruptions.
We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates at checkout, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping fee of $5 per item for standard orders. If you are placing a bulk order (3 or more items) and feel that the shipping cost is too high, please reach out to us. We may be able to reduce your shipping cost based on package weight and destination.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request:
- A full refund
- An exchange for an item of equal or lesser value
Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging when possible.
Important: Exchanges and refunds will not be processed until we have received the returned item in its original condition.
Personalized Items
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If a personalized item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it with the same item at no cost to you.
Product Variations
Due to screen settings, handcrafted finishes, and natural materials, colors, textures, and small details may vary slightly from item to item.
Delivered Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is secure, as we cannot guarantee replacement of packages marked delivered by the carrier.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photo of the item (if it is damaged or defective)
We will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
