Ordering & Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
Many of our items can be personalized. When selecting a product, you will see instructions for customization. If a product has specific character limits or guidelines, they will be listed within the form.
Can I see a preview of my personalized item before it ships?
At this time, we do not offer previews for every product. However, some products may provide a digital mockup, and you will see the preview once all of your information is entered in the Customize Now form.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Since personalized items go into production quickly, we can only modify orders within 12 hours of purchase. Please email Lianina Studio Customer Service as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We do not offer wholesale pricing, but if you are ordering multiple items, you may qualify for a reduced shipping rate. Since shipping adjustments depend on order details, please contact Lianina Studio Customer Service before placing your order to see if a discount applies.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: Most orders ship within three to five business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Time:
- Standard Shipping: Items shipping from the United States arrive in approximately five to seven business days. Some curated items ship from Europe or Asia, which may take seven to ten business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for $14.99 per item. Expedited orders ship within one to two business days and arrive in approximately two to four business days.
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping: $5 per item.
Expedited shipping: $14.99 per item.
If you are placing a bulk order (three or more items) and feel the shipping cost is high, email Lianina Studio Customer Service. We may be able to adjust the cost based on package weight and destination.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for $14.99 per item. Expedited orders ship within one to two business days and arrive in approximately two to four business days.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
No, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items sent to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Personalized or custom items: Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.
Non-personalized items: Can be returned within seven days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email Lianina Studio Customer Service with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
We will send a replacement or an item of equal or lesser value at no additional cost.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or damaged, we cover return shipping.
If returning for a refund or exchange, the customer covers return shipping.
Exchanges will not be processed until the returned item is received.
